Knowledge of signs and their articulation make editorial work a challenge.
Typographic choice, grid layout, color palette, and image editing are key.
Teamwork with editors. photographers, style correctors.

During my tenure at the head of the design department of the Museum of Latin American Art in Buenos Aires, under the direction of Marcelo E. Pacheco, chief curator of that period, several initiatory publications were published for many Argentine artists who had not been published until that moment in the Country: Oscar Bony, Victor Grippo. Friends of Art Association, Argentine Art of the 90s, Yente-Prati, Alfredo Guttero among others

"J. A. García Martínez" Award for the catalog of the year. Argentine Association of Art Critics The book brings together critical texts by the curator and specialized researchers who address various aspects of Guttero's work. The images section reproduces the set of oil paintings and baked plasters exhibited in the exhibition -the most important of his production developed in Europe and Argentina between 1912 and 1932-, plus a rich selection of documents and a section of works by other artists who performed close to Guttero (such as Pettoruti, Borges, Butler, Pirovano, Figari, Spilimbergo, Xul Solar, Forner or Barradas).

COVER BOOK
The exhibition, organized in collaboration with the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh and under the curatorship of Philip Larratt-Smith, had 3 venues, Mexico, Chile and Brazil before arriving in Argentina. The challenge was to design a different book after these three antecedents with the same material.
